The house is located in the quiet Playa Del Rio area .. you can hear the boats and smell the river .. within 1/2 - 1 mile from Rotary Park Boat launch - sports field .. it has it all .. NON SMOKING
Beautiful 4 bedroom/ 2 bath fully furnished home in Bullhead City, Rotary Park is a short walk or drive for those sports fans A short drive will find you in Laughlin, NV for gambling and/or dining at many fine restaurants. clean & Cozy . New air conditioning. The whole house except closets.. will provide hanging clothes.
Just a few notes about our home:
-Please no smokingor vaping inside the home (250$ fee for smoking inside home at anytime)
-Absolutely no parties at anytime. This is a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood. You will be liable for any damages that occur as a result of unapproved parties or social gatherings. Max amount of guest is 10 at any given time. Will allow guest exceeding 12 to visit upon approval. Any extra guest who stay the night are 50$ per guest per night.
We love being pet friendly . This must have been done thru Vrbo at Time of reservation . There is a fee of $150 for 1st pet then $100 each pet after max 3 . Any questions anoit this just let me know . To do so we need to rely on our guest to follow our home rules :
Please Do Not allow your pet on any of the furniture . Also please
Do Not leave your pet unattended inside or outside . If you leave either take your pet with you or please put into a crate/dog cage .
Please clean up your pets waste before you check out . You will be responsible for the additional cleaning fee that is charged . Which is usually $250-$500

We also have a limit of 4 total vehicles this includes watercraft(boats/jet ski)
Park on driveway or out side gates .
Please Do not Block any of the neighbors driveways. Also city ordinance is 10pm for quiet time . We want to be good neighbors .
No furniture is to be moved during stay.
