The Home is bright with calming vibes and tons of space to spread out. Either enjoy your stay by lounging poolside and grilling or snuggle on the couches watching your favorite shows in any of the living rooms. For extra privacy, the bedrooms are separate from the back living rooms.
As you walk in the front door there’s a living room to the left with a spacious open concept floor plan! Comfortable couches with the perfect touch of decor. There is a 75in TV on a swivel so adjust weather in front or in the dining area. Below, in the tv stand you will find board games and entertainment. Other side of the room is the dining area that will comfortably seat 6.
Each bedroom has it's own smart tv and orthopedic Mattresses, and overhead fans. A remote-controlled adjustable bed for the king in the primary bedroom. The guest bedrooms are comfortable queen mattresses supported by bed frame. The bathrooms also provide extra clean towel sets, shampoo/conditioner/bodywash dispensers and detachable shower heads for your convenience. And of course, toilet paper.
Kitchen appliances include microwave, oven, stovetop, air-fryer (oven setting), ground coffee maker, Nespresso, croc pot, toaster and juicer. Pots & pans, plates, silverware, bowls as well, plus ground coffee. There are also various grilling utensils and seasonings. There’s a kitchen island, perfect for extra cooking space and informal dining. There is also a dog area with a food and water bowl if needed for guests with pets.
The laundry washer comes with the detergent preloaded, for up to 10 loads per guest reservation.
Bonus room and features, we have the theatre room in the back of the house. Projector that can be hooked up to the PS5 or to a laptop to watch your favorite show or movie, better yet the Masters!! Has built in speakers in the ceiling. Accent lighting around the ceiling to provide an intimate setting if desired. A large couch that can fit 8 people. Large coffee table and a Shuffle board for those who enjoy the game. Has internal lighting so could play with the projector running and lights off. In the back by the door there a life size Connect Four, and a fun putting game called PutterBall!!! Also tucked away in this room is a printer that can easily print from your phone as long as connected to same Wi-Fi for all you business and personal needs.
Outback, is a beautiful Oasis. We have a relaxing pool, a Recteq Smoker/ Grill, a shaded pavilion on patio with seating up to 9 and a fire pit for the perfect night to wind down after a day at Augusta National or out on the town of beautiful Augusta!
The driveway is single-lane and fits up to 4 vehicles but on a hill. Street Parking also available in front of house as needed.
The home also provides beach towels, extra throw-blankets, and pillows. These are for your use during your stay and to remain with the home after your visit.
Additional sleeping arrangements include 2 queen size Sealy air-mattresses provided as needed.
