Day trips northwest include the Dungeness Spit, lavender farms, berry farms, and Crescent Lake Lodge. Day trips northeast include cideries, the fantastic fun seaside town called Port Townsend (jazz/blues festivals in the summer), Fort Warden, Fort Casey, and Fort Flagger.
