Our space is designed for comfort, relaxation, work, and play whether you're cooking in the fully outfitted kitchen, barbecuing in the patio eating area or stargazing while sitting around the firepit.
Layout
Upon walking in the front door, the kitchen wall is directly in front of you with a cozy entryway on the left with coat-hooks and the property guidebook. Directly across from the entryway is the main living room space with a sectional couch and seating area surrounding the smart television and bordered by books and games. There is an exterior door next to the living area that leads out to the garage; that wall also has the mini split unit with heating and AC. The dining area has a round table with four chairs that overlooks the backyard patio and then flows into the kitchen. The fully outfitted kitchen has brand new stainless steel appliances and three walls of cabinet storage and two large counters to work with. The kitchen has pots, pans, utensils, dishes, cutlery, knives, mixing and serving bowls. There is a door at the end of the kitchen that leads to the backyard patio area.
Backyard Patio Layout
The shaded concrete patio has a metal table with four chairs and a propane-powered barbecue. There is also a metal firepit with a seating area to enjoy the night sky. The backyard sits along two untamed vacant lot with lots of cholla, yucca and jackrabbits.
Bedrooms & Bathroom Layout
Upon entering back into the house from the patio, the bathroom is directly across from the kitchen patio door and the two bedrooms are adjacent. Each bedroom has a queen-sized bed with a closet and mini-split unit. There are also additional bed linens and blankets for each bed. There is a small desk and chair providing an office nook in one bedroom. The bathroom has a tub/shower combination and full towel sets for four people are available in the bathroom cabinet. We also provide monthly cleaning services upon request.
