- 1 Private Rooftop with the BEST city views. This is why you want to book this property. There is nothing like being on the rooftop at night, especially with the fully functioning TV!)

PARKING
Comes with FREE GARAGE PARKING IN THE BUILDING. The Penthouse only comes with 1 parking spot, however, there are more spots to book for around $10 a night via SpotHero should you need more spots. I will send parking instructions after you book.
THE NEIGHBORHOOD
Our property is centrally located downtown in a VERY safe area. We are literally located right downtown next to all of the high rise buildings and walking distance to everything.
Public Transportation: Brown Line El (Chicago Stop) We are located 1.5 blocks to the Chicago Brown Line stop. This train can take you anywhere in the city. It can get easily get you to and from both Ohare and Midway airports or shoot you up to Wrigley for the baseball game.
Walking Distance: We are located around 5 blocks to The Loop and Magnificent Mile/Rush Street (shopping district), 3 blocks from the bar/restaurant scene in River North, 5 blocks to Gold Coast's Viagra Triangle (area filled with bars/restaurants), 6 blocks to Wells Street (party street filled with bars and restaurants), 10 blocks to the Beach. If something is not within walking distance, Uber is a great option. As we are centrally located, you can get virtually anywhere cheaply!
