Stunning 4 bedroom 2 Bath home fully remodeled! Private pool, amazing kitchen and close to everything in Scottsdale, Phoenix and Paradise Valley. Brand new furniture, linens, towels and furniture.
Phoenix airport 30 minutes away, old town Scottsdale is 15 minutes, Scottsdale Quater/ West World is 15 minutes, State Farm Stadium is 30 minutes away. World class shopping 10 minutes away. Costco is 2 blocks away and over 15 amazing restaurants within a mile. Very quiet neighborhood!!
Home boasts 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Master bedroom has a king bed and private bathroom, second bedroom has a queen bed, third bedroom has full size bunk beds with twin size pull out for a total of 3 bedrooms. The fourth bedroom is very private and is accessible from the back yard and has a full size futon, Private TV and oversized bean bag.
Kitchen table turns into a pool table and ping pong table. Fully stocked kitchen!
No dogs unless approved in advance. $100 cleaning fee for approved dogs.
Pool can be heated for $50 per day. Depending on the time of year, pool heating could be less or not needed at all. Hot tub is always hot and no extra fee.
