This unit can also be rented together with VRBO listing #97586 to accommodate additional people if needed. This unit is equipped with King bed, Queen sleeper sofa and bunk beds suitable for small children recessed in the hallway. The unit has a private patio, just steps to the boardwalk leading down to the beach, full kitchen, washer/dryer TV/DVD/stereo, wireless internet and much more. This complex is very family oriented with many activities for the younger ones only a short drive away! The unit is also Pet friendly at my discretion with a $150 non-refundable pet deposit. Although, we may allow you to bring your pet with you, Walton County will not allow them on the beaches. We have a large grassy area behind the condo's and miles of bike paths perfect for walking your dogs. Complimentary beach chairs and umbrella Memorial Day- Labor Day.
