This beautiful south-facing house will provide lots of sunshine to enjoy the pool. There is a paved walkway connecting the pool enclosure to the dock, solar dock lights and Inside, the interior has a ton of natural light with through zero corner sliders that offer amazing views of the pool and canal. Enjoy the split floor plan in this home with the main bedroom positioned on the one side for privacy, while two guest bedrooms and a bath reside on the other side. The screened pool area has privacy and a convenient half bath. Entertainment throughout with TV hookups in every bedroom, the living area, and the lanai, ensuring multiple ways to enjoy the big game, even while lounging in the pool. Internet provided. Please feel free to log in to any of your own streaming apps via the smart TV.
The property is sprayed regularly for insects; however, this is Florida! If you see a bug or two, please don’t be upset. If you see a lot of bugs, let us know ASAP. If you happen to see a lizard, say hello to George, he eats mosquitoes. Pool service comes Thursdays unless a holiday week.
Pool heat extra from November 1- March 31st $50 for week if you choose. Please let me know in advance of your arrival. If guests chose to heat pool, we cannot guarantee hot water when temperatures drop below 50 degrees.
