Positive: Location, overall clean.

Negative: Very small bedrooms, no room to move. Shower window looks out to a home construction site where workers could clearly view into. New property owners will have full view of everything when they move in. When the tide is in beach access is tight due to beach property rights. Some of the utensils had to be rewashed. Overly priced when compared to other properties.
