We love our great weekend getaway house, and you will too. It's right on the beach in the "no driving" section, so you don't have to worry about the kids! It has a great deck overlooking the Atlantic Ocean, and private stairs to walk right down to the sand. If you're a surfer, the waves are great for surfing right in front of the house! Quiet (no driving) end of the beach. IMPORTANT: To get to the front door, you must walk up a flight of stairs, as the house is on pilings. Please review cancellation policy per our attached Rental Agreement: More than 120 days prior to start of rental- 100% refundable less $250 fee. 31-120 days prior to rental- 50% refundable. No refund less than 30 days prior to rental. Sorry, NO PETS PERMITTED, except service animals. NO SMOKING HOUSE.
