Experience one of the best locations in Breckenridge and everything the town has to offer from this downtown Village Chateaux 2 bedroom/2.5 bathroom condo. Ski-in/ski-out, located at the base of Peak 9/Quicksilver Lift, steps from Main Street and excellent shopping and dining. Enjoy the wood burning fireplace (rare find!) or relax on the covered patio.

• Located in the Chateaux building, just steps from the Quicksilver Lift.
• Bedroom 1, located off the living room, has a king bed, flatscreen TV, ensuite bathroom with oversized shower, dual vanities and toilet closet.
• Bedroom 2, located off the entryway for more of a private feel, has a queen bed and pyramid bunk (twin over queen), TV and an ensuite bathroom with a separate shower area and toilet closet.
• Living room features a sofa bed
• Half bathroom located between the kitchen and the entryway
• Full kitchen open to the living room and dining area
• Dedicated entryway with storage
• Wood burning fireplace (fire starters and wood provided)
• Private washer and dryer are located in the condo. Laundry detergent is provided.
***Parking*** PLEASE READ:
• Guests have the ability to park 1 car in the underground garage (height restriction 7'6"). The entry to the garage is at an angle so oversized SUVS/trucks may not fit. No trailers are allowed in the garage. A parking reservation must be made by the host so parking cannot be guaranteed until the time of booking. Cancellation without penalty will be offered if a parking space cannot be reserved.
• Additional or oversized vehicles that are unable to fit must park at an overnight pay lot. More information can be found at BreckPark.

Village Location:
• Several restaurants are also located in the area and over in Main Street Station as well as a ski shop, wine bar, and clothing stores. Just short walk from the condo building.
• The Village which is situated at the base of Peak 9 and the Quicksilver Lift. *Ski in/out designation is based on Peak 9 being open and/or having adequate snow coverage. Peak 9 typically opens around Thanksgiving and closes in April. Dates are subject to change. It is the guest's responsibility to be aware of mountain lift and terrain statuses.
• The complex is located on Park Ave, about 1 block from Main Street. There are several restaurants, bars, shops and cafes within a few minutes walk.
• Summer festival and events typically take place in the Village and/or Main Street Station including beer festivals, art festivals, and farmer's markets.
Provided Items:
• The kitchen is fully stocked with all essentials. We also provide complimentary salt and pepper, coffee and tea, paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, hand soap, dishwasher detergent, kitchen towels, and a sponge.
• The bathroom is fully stocked with necessities as well as hairdryers and full size hand soap/conditioner/shampoo/body wash.
• Laundry detergent is supplied for the washer and dryer.
• There is a pack n play crib available in this property. Pack n play sheets are not provided.
• Hot tub towels are provided at the pool.

» There is no air conditioning and most properties in the area do not have it due to the mild summer weather and the fact that it cools down significantly at night.
» There is the potential to snow October-May so cars with proper snow tires and 4WD/AWD are required to access the area during those months.
» Property mountain access details and ski in/ski out (if applicable) designations are dependent on open lifts and runs. Guests are responsible for being aware of the Breckenridge Ski Area lift and terrain statuses.
» This house is located at an elevation of approximately 9,600ft. Visit the CDC website for more information on the potential effects of high altitude.***
» Please note that Summit County has strict Short Term Rental rules and regulations that must be followed. Please refer to the Good Neighbor Guidelines posted in the unit on what is required from renters.

» While all facilities are scheduled to be open year round, they are managed by the HOA and unexpected closures may occur. We will try to communicate any known closures but cannot guarantee that all the amenities will be open at any given time.
» Per the HOA, pets are strictly prohibited.
» Weather in the mountains can be unpredictable, and travel disruptions may occur. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance, as we are unable to offer refunds for cancellations or interruptions due to circumstances beyond our control.
