Situated in the heart of Tempe, minutes from Mill Ave, ASU, and other Tempe hot spots. 15 minutes from Old Town Scottsdale. Also, just minutes from freeway access and the airport. This house has everything you need for a fun getaway. An air hockey table in the garage, bocce ball set, and baggo are all available, as well as a grill and fire pit.
Three of the bedrooms have queen beds- 2 with adjustable bed frames. One is a Purple mattress in the master and two high quality queen memory foam in the other rooms. The bunk bed is a full and twin and there is a cot in that room. The gray couch in the living area is a queen pull out. Washer and dryer are in the garage. Four smart TVs throughout the house. Excellent Wi-Fi with 500 MB + download speeds.
