Whether you`re grilling at sunset or simply enjoying good company, this backyard is designed for your utmost comfort and enjoyment.
KITCHEN
The stylish chef’s kitchen at Havasu Modern Escape is the perfect spot for friends and family to gather. With an oversized island featuring 6 bar seats, high-end appliances including Thermador refrigerator and freezer, double ovens, a hide-away microwave, gas stove, plus all the kitchen essentials including a Keurig coffee maker with complimentary K-cups and tea bags, Vitamix blender and crockpot for all of your cooking needs.
DINING
There is plenty of dining space here at Havasu Modern Escape. The indoor dining room offers 6 seats around the spacious table, as well as 6 bar seats along the kitchen island. Plus, our outdoor dining area offers seating for 8.
LIVING
Experience the perfect mixture of comfort and style in the living room, where a cozy gas fireplace adds warmth. This inviting space seamlessly connects to the outdoor patio through a wide-sliding panel door, providing an effortless indoor-outdoor transition.
4 BEDROOMS + 3 BATHROOMS
Bedroom 1 – Primary Bedroom: King bed, primary bath with dual vanity, large soaking tub, large shower and walk-in closet with plenty of storage. (Sleeps 2)
Bedroom 2 – Front Guest Bedroom: Queen bunks (2), down the hall from hall bath with walk-in shower and double vanity sink. (Sleeps 4)
Bedroom 3 – Second Guest Bedroom: 1 Queen bed, walk-in closet, across from hall bathroom with walk-in shower and double vanity sink. (Sleeps 2)
Bedroom 4 – Casita with King bed, ensuite bathroom with shower/tub combo and single vanity sink. (Sleeps 2)

During your stay at Havasu Modern Escape, you will have exclusive access to the property and all of the amenities we have to offer, including the secure garage. To ensure your privacy, our backyard is fully enclosed, providing a secluded and tranquil space for your enjoyment. You can enter Havasu Modern Escape at any time using our secure and convenient keyless entry system.
POOL/SPA HEAT
Please note the following information for pool/spa heating:
Advance Notice: To ensure the pool is perfectly warm upon your arrival, please request heating at least 3 days in advance.
Initial Heating Cost: Getting the pool to your desired temperature requires a $395 fee.
Daily Maintenance Fee: Maintaining the perfect temperature comes with a daily cost of $95.
Spa Heat: The spa can be heated for $35 per night from 6:00PM to 10:00PM. Please let me know if you would like to use it and I can turn it on remotely for you!
Payment: These charges are to be paid upfront. Please let us know how many days you`d like the spa heated during your stay.
QUIET HOURS
We sincerely appreciate your cooperation in observing the designated quiet hours from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. By doing so, you contribute to maintaining the tranquility of the neighborhood and upholding our reputation as considerate and respectful neighbors.
SMOKING
To maintain the pristine ambiance of Havasu Modern Escape, we kindly request that there be no smoking inside the house. In the event that smoke is detected, a fee of $500 will be applied to your reservation. We have provided an uncovered backyard space where smoking is permitted. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding in upholding these guidelines.
