Welcome to The Oasis Home, a newly remastered stylish modern contemporary 5 bedroom, 2 bath home. We invite you to come relax, unwind and enjoy the crystal clear blue pool, outdoor conversation areas with fire table and plenty of chairs, as well as backyard fun including a corn hole game, and outdoor dining area ideal for 6-8 people. We’re conveniently located in the heart of Tempe and close to ASU, Spring training, and Old Town Scottsdale.

The space
This beautifully designed, modern Oasis Home is perfect for the most enjoyable, fun, and relaxing get away for 7-12 people! The 5 bedroom, 2 bath home has an open floor plan complete with a fully stocked chef-worthy kitchen, large 65” TV in the main living room, and a backyard oasis with sparkling crystal clear pool (heated – see below), bbq, and more thoughtful details you'd only expect at home.

Our Oasis Home is only 12 minutes to Phoenix Sky Harbor airport, 2 miles to ASU, and walking distance to restaurants, grocery stores, and pharmacy. Just under 7 miles to Old Town Scottsdale where you can enjoy a unique collection of shops, restaurants, art galleries and nightclubs, as well as contemporary public art installations, world-class museums and historic sites from the late 1880s.

Heated Pool?
Pool heat is typically requested between Oct– Apr when nightly temperatures get cooler. Heating fee will be $150 to start pool heater plus $75 per night with a minimum of 2 nights for the full duration of your stay. Must be requested and paid for 48 hours in advance to allow water to come to comfortable swimming temperatures in these colder months (Oct– Apr). Please keep in mind that the maximum consistent achievable temperature is 85 degrees and it's not possible to bring the pool to spa/hot tub temperatures. The ability of the heater to reach the set temp is dependent on outside air temp, specifically overnight lows. For this reason we also have a pool blanket in place to retain as much heat overnight as possible so it can be enjoyed. We ask that you remove the pool blanket prior to getting in the pool and replace it back once you’re finished swimming for the day so the temperature in the pool can be retained through the night for next day’s swim. If you’d like to add this additional accommodation to your stay, please let us know at least 48 hours in advance.

Important to note, about 1 mile to the closest freeway for easy access throughout the valley from which you can make a day trip out of some of our popular destinations like Sedona which is an Arizona desert town near Flagstaff that’s surrounded by red-rock buttes, steep canyon walls and pine forests, Flagstaff which is surrounded by mountains, desert and ponderosa pine forests, a gateway to the San Francisco Peaks, home to Arizona’s tallest mountain (Humphreys Peak) and the Arizona Snowbowl ski resort, Grand Canyon with its layered bands of red rock revealing millions of years of geological history with viewpoints including Mather Point, Yavapai Observation Station and architect Mary Colter’s Lookout Studio and her Desert View Watchtower, Lipan Point, with wide views of the canyon and Colorado River, is popular, especially at sunrise and sunset, Williams known as a gateway to Grand Canyon National Park via the Grand Canyon Railway, Historic Route 66 has Americana-style shops and restaurants dating back to the early 1900s, home to the Route 66 Zipline and Pete's Route 66 Gas Station Museum, featuring highway memorabilia and to the east, Bearizona Wildlife Park has bears, mountain goats, bison and birds of prey which are all located in northern part of our state, southern part of our state we have Tucson the soul of the Sonoran Desert, flavor of the Southwest, Tucson means Wide Open Spaces and Plenty of room to unplug, explore, and free yourself and Tombstone town in southeastern Arizona, known for its Wild West history, exhibits at the Tombstone Courthouse State Historic Park include a replica gallows, on historic Allen Street, the O.K. Corral outdoor theater re-enacts an 1881 cowboy gunfight, and of course resident ghosts are said to haunt the bullet-riddled Bird Cage Theatre.

Inside the Oasis Home you’ll enjoy-
Our thoughtfully designed kitchen with all brand new stainless steel appliances including an oven, microwave, dish washer, RO water system, glass cooktop, and large refrigerator with an ice maker for all your cold beverages. RO water system is connected to the refrigerator so you can enjoy ice cold glass of filtered water. In addition you can create delicious meals with all the pots, pans, cooking utensils, and appliances you’ll need including a:
- Keurig coffee maker and pods along with creamer
-Electric kettle for heating water to brew hot tea and hot chocolate
- Spices for spicing up your food experiences
- Toaster
- Beautiful extra large quartz island with a waterfall with seating for 4+
- Dining room table with seating for 8+

For some much needed quiet time relax in the stylish and modern contemporary-designed Oasis Living room / Oasis Family room or simply snuggle up on the large comfy couch watching your favorite streaming platform on the new 65” TV. You can also step back in time and enjoy Arcade Classics on a small Pandora Box with 2 oversized wireless lap controllers and enjoy 5,000 classic arcade games including titles such as (Pac-Man and Street Fighter). For remote workers or just to check your email we’ve included a desk and an ergonomic chair in one of the bedrooms for your convenience and privacy. If you get tired of watching movies or playing Arcade classics, you can play a game of foosball with your family or friends. You can also step into the garage filled with entertainment options such as: pool table, air-hockey, darts, large connect 4, giant Jenga & bar style high table with chairs with its own AC system to cool or heat the room to your liking with a remote control for maximum fun.

In the Oasis Master bedroom you’ll sleep soundly in the large queen size bed with an adjacent master bath with his and hers dual sinks and extra large glass tiled shower with rain shower head.

The Lux Oasis bedroom (#2) includes a new queen bed and luxury linens along with plush soft pillows and memory foam mattress to help with good night’s sleep. It also includes a dedicated workstation office space with a desk and ergonomic chair just in case your family or friends need to work or create while you’re here in privacy.

The serene Oasis bedroom (#3) includes a cozy new Queen mattress and bed, as well as a remote controlled ceiling fan to adjust fan speed as well as light settings for your maximum comfort.

The Lux Oasis bedroom (#4) includes plush soft pillows and a memory foam queen mattress to have a magical nights sleep. Fan speed, light settings all controlled with a push of a button in this smart home.
The Lux Oasis bedroom (#5) comes with a queen bed and a Paris-style design theme to make any European dreamer wish to stay, includes a warm cozy extra blanket to cuddle up in for those chilly nights.

The main guest bathroom includes double sinks, tub and shower combo with rain shower head. Luxury towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash included. Makeup remover disks and cotton Q tips provided as well.

Out back you can take a plunge in the large crystal clear blue swimming pool with new pebble tec recently done or lounge by the pool (beach umbrellas provided). The Lux Oasis backyard is perfect for entertaining, grilling on the BBQ, playing corn hole, and table tennis or ping pong with your friends under a covered area (rackets and balls included). You’ll enjoy conversations by the fire table and connecting with those you love for a meal, drinks, and conversation at the 6-8 person outdoor dining table. You can also set the mood with remote controlled multi-color solar string lights.

You also have access to a full laundry room with washer and dryer, iron and ironing mat / board and detergent provided.

We ask that there are NO parties or loud music that will disturb the neighbors. We ask that you respect our home and leave the Lux Oasis Home clean and tidy when you leave.
-We love babies and small children as we are parents of 2 children together and the Oasis Home is NOT baby or child proof. There are many items throughout the Oasis Home that little crawling babies and small children can get into, break and maybe even hurt themselves so we require that babies and small children be supervised during the stay at all times, please review this prior to booking. (We also don't provide a high chair, a crib, or pack-in-play.)
- Please Note There is NO pool fence at this property so parents will need to supervise infants and small children at all times, please review this prior to booking.
We REQUIRE that all minors staying in the Lux Oasis Home MUST know how to swim and must be adult-supervised at all time.
- For your protection we have security cameras outside in the front and throughout the outside perimeter of the Oasis Home. There are NO cameras inside the house.
Guest access
-For easy access you'll enter the Lux Oasis Home through the front grey door after you pass a small metal black gate with keyless entry complete with your personalized access code provided to you before you arrive. (Code becomes active at check-in time and inactive during check-out time)
-You’ll have access to the entire house and backyard.
-There is a driveway for parking 2 vehicles as well as plenty of street parking.
