Take full advantage of all three oceanfront decks, plus the added perk of being able to walk out onto a secluded, private sand area behind the dune, and then continue onto the beach and ocean via the exclusive dune crossing. This beautiful beach-themed home has been recently renovated throughout and features a beautiful modern kitchen (sans icemaker), oceanfront living area, dining area, courtyard, and two oceanfront bedrooms with stunning views. Multiple televisions and high-speed internet are available for your entertainment when you're in need of a break from the sun and surf. You will want to make this spacious location your perennial vacation spot for years to come! Park your car for the week and walk to nearby restaurants including Layton's, Liquid Assets, Bull on the Beach, Coffee Beanery and more - plus the Acme supermarket. The townhome can accommodate your family of up to 10 guests with two king-sized beds, one bedroom with a queen, and one bedroom with two queen beds.
Guests must supply sheets, towels, all soaps, and paper products. A washer/dryer, as well as four beach chairs and various sand toys are provided for your convenience. Property rents Saturday-Saturday. An optional linen package is available for purchase and would be delivered to the condo on your day of arrival and picked up on your day of departure. The package would include sheet sets for each bed and towel sets equaling the maximum occupancy of the condo.

A charcoal grill is located beach side under the deck, but may only be used in the common area between the unit and the beach, it can not be used within 20 feet of the building. It cannot be used on the deck or anywhere on the actual building. Charcoal is not supplied. No bonfires permitted.
Non-Smoking/Non-Vaping. No Pets. Property owner does not permit group rentals to guests under the age of 25.
