Mega Splash Social books as two side-by-side homes on VRBO, not one house divided in half. That means real separation for multiple families or a big multi-generational crew, with each home fully self-contained and its own kitchen, living room, and laundry.
Splash House is built around a private hot tub and a balcony that catches the downtown Nashville skyline at sunset, with the balcony's neon "sip back and relax" sign over a turf accent wall making it the spot everyone photographs. A built-in king bunk room gives kids their own fun space to sleep, and the kitchen and living room open right off that balcony so the group naturally lands there in the evenings.
Game House next door is built for competition, with a pool table anchoring the game room and a backyard that adds a mini golf green, cornhole, and a fire pit for nights outside.
