Positive: Property is nice and beautiful. All the rooms are first or second floor. There are swimming pool, water slide, lazy river, small sand beach. Really kids friendly. We were there in January. The swimming pool and lazy river are heated warm water.

Negative: There is no elevator. If you live on the 2nd floor, you will have to carry luggage upstairs. But it is okay, not really an issue to me.
