Early check-in and late check-out available!
We provide flexible self check-in (keyless entry) to allow for arrivals later in the evening/night stress free. If it works with the cleaners schedule, we are happy to provide early check-ins and late check-outs. So just ask if you need that, and we'll do our best to accommodate!

The front door has an electronic smart lock which allows self check-in and with no physical keys. We will provide the 4-digit code with the check-in instructions before arrival. If there are any issues, we'll be able to unlock or lock it remotely.
You will be able to self check-in upon arrival, but we are only a message or phone call away and will promptly respond if any needs arise. We are here for you doing your stay, but our level of interaction is up to you!
The 400 South street is more of a main East & West but fortunately it's not noisy at night. Behind the house is an elementary school, so you can hear kids playing throughout the day, but it's silent at night.
The surrounding area has so much close by - a large community park (Scera Park) around the corner. Yummy's Korean BBQ & Sushi, Wingers, and several other restaurants within talking distance. Target and Smiths grocery are less than 3 minutes.
The ride sharing platforms (Uber & Lyft) are very active in the area if needed. Most people bring their own cars because we provide so much free parking and it's easiest.
- Please remember you are staying in a house, not a hotel, and to treat the place with respect. If any problem arise, we will do our absolute best to take action ASAP, but there is nobody living on-site 24/7.
- There is a "Resort Fee" included in the reservation. That is a flat fee per reservation to help with the increased utilities cost from the hot tub.
- There is a basement apartment in this property, but it is not an Airbnb. A young quiet couple with no kids lives there full time, but they keep to themselves and you will not be sharing any outside spaces/amenities with them. They travel a lot, so chances are low that you will even see them during your visit.
