RENTS MONTHLY ONLY--JANUARY-MARCH with a 3 month minimum. PET FRIENDLY with paid fee.This beautiful hacienda hideaway features five bedrooms and four baths. This is the ideal house for two families, as there are two master suites, each with a King size bed and wall-mounted TV (no need to fight over who gets the master suite…you can each have one!). One of the two master suites has a large walk-in two-person shower, while the other features a rain shower and a separate sunk-in tub for relaxing. The third bedroom features a Queen bed and in-suite bathroom. The other two guest bedrooms have Twin Daybeds with Twin pullout Trundles. The living room has a pull out couch that sleeps two. The Laundry Room with a Washer/Dryer is located inside the house. The dining room table seats 8 there is a breakfast nook that seats 6. This is an entertainer’s dream with a large open kitchen and bar area and comfortable seating in the massive living room on two sofas. The Pool/Spa can be heated for year round comfort. Propane is NOT included in the rent, tenant will be billed separately for all propane used to heat the Pool/Spa. Parking for one small vehicle in the garage. All rentals 30+ days, the renter is responsible for any Electric over $150 per month.
