You will find yourself enjoying this backyard every day! Stay cool in the oversized pool, relax on the tanning shelf and play a round of pool-side basketball with the kiddos or relax in the heated spa. Hang out by the natural gas fire pit on one of two loungers. Snack on your favorite cheese on the outdoor seating area with room for four where you can enjoy the patio television. The fully-equipped kitchen features stunning stainless steel appliances such as a Samsung french door refrigerator with a water and ice dispenser and offers everything one would need to create their perfect meal including granite countertops and bar height dining with seating for two. Extra entertainment is found at the Billiards table where you can challenge your friends in a game of 8-Ball or play a few classic arcade games. No spices, condiments, or oils are provided.

Master Suite 1 is located to the left of the entry and features a Cal King-sized Bed, 54-inch Toshiba television, switch-controlled ceiling fan, and a large walk-in closet with access to the back patio. The private, en suite bathroom features a jacuzzi tub, tile shower, and double vanity sinks.
Bedroom 2 is located To the left of the entry and features a Full-sized Bed, 41-inch TCL with Roku Smart television, switch-controlled ceiling fan, and reach-in closet.
