This rental is for the two-story main house on the property, which is a little over 5,000 square feet and has 5 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms. Downstairs has 2 rooms and 2 bathrooms, upstairs has 3 rooms and 2 bathrooms. There are 5 beds in total; a king and 2 queens upstairs, and a regular twin and a twin child's car bed downstairs. Each upstairs bedroom has its own TV. This house also includes a laundry room complete with washer and dryer. This beautiful 50's styled home has large vaulted ceilings, expansive upstairs bedrooms, and a lot of natural lighting. The backyard features an outdoor kitchen with a pizza oven and large TV, a pool and jacuzzi with pool slide built in, a children's playground with matching swing set, and a tennis court equipped with a basketball hoop on one end. The converted garage separates this main house from the other back house. There is parking for 5-1 cars. We offer plenty of air mattresses and one extra fold out bed if needed.

There are two full houses, 2 separate listings, that are for rent on the property, as well as a separate house that houses the host. If both houses are being rented, the backyard and common areas will be shared.

Our space is unique due to its exponential size and all that it offers in our resort-like backyard.

Please provide information about number of guest staying the night and the total amount of people staying at the property at any given time, these numbers need to be accurate.

We do not accept events or parties!!

- Extra charge for heated spa: $50/day

The property is Just 10 minutes drive from Disneyland, Knott's Berry Farm, Angel Stadium, The Honda Center and so much more! This is a truly unique property. The yard and amenities give you the feel of your own private resort. A dream place to have family gatherings and vacations. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids) and big groups.
