Perfect Orem location with driveway parking. This cozy duplex is only 5 minutes to UVU, 10 minutes to BYU. It's less than a mile from Target, shopping, and restaurants. Provo Canyon is only 5 minutes. Timpanogos Cave is less than a half-hour away and Park City is just a drive up the canyon. It sleeps 6, has a fenced backyard for the kids to play in, and in a very safe neighborhood.
The Space:
This is a cute duplex in a very safe neighborhood with a large, fenced backyard. It sleeps 6 comfortably. Just pack your bags and let us take care of the rest. You are right in the heart of all Orem and Provo have to offer. You will have two queen beds, a sofa bed, all kitchen amenities needed, a washer and dryer, a flat-screen TV with Roku, high-speed internet, and more.
Guest Access:
You will have access to the entire home and yard. There are 3 parking spots in the driveway depending on size of vehicle and street parking. There will be a code upon arrival to enter the home.
The Neighborhood:
This is a quiet neighborhood with a very diverse background of families and students.
Getting Around:
I would highly encourage having a car. Target and other stores are less than a mile.
Other Things to Note:
There is one step to get into the home but other than that, there are no steps inside the home.
Absolutely NO PETS or SMOKING ALLOWED! If either of these policies are not followed, you will be fined $250 and asked to leave immediately without a refund. Quiet hours will be strictly enforced from 10pm to 8 am. Please be respectful of the neighbors and people staying in the other duplex. We will ask guests to leave who cannot follow the quiet hours rule without refund. Many of our guests are on a work vacation or live in the other side.
