Magical memories will be made at our beautiful home, with stunning views of the surrounding waters, incredible sunrises and sunsets and the calming sound of the rolling waves on a picturesque island. This 3 bedroom, newly renovated home features WiFi, Smart TV(including Hulu, Netflix, AT&T TV), air conditioning, kayaks, pool table, home gym and a private dock. Nestled on the south-east shore of magnificent Cayo Costa Island, this property is the ideal location for beachgoers, fishing and recreational water activities. Named one of Florida’s “Best Beaches,” Cayo Costa is a true slice of paradise. Cayo Costa is also known as one of the “Best Shelling Destinations” in the world. The home is completely off-grid however it has the been equipped with the latest in solar technology, not an issue! Rooftop observation deck under renovation and not usable. We provide boat transportation on arrival and departure for 7 day stays or longer. Unfortunately, we cannot have boats on our dock because of unpredictable weather conditions.
