Travel Purpose: business

Positive: The view was beautiful and the deck was spacious. The entire area was clean and well appointed. There was plenty of room for all of us and it was nice to have laundry facilities and a bathroom for each bedroom. We appreciated the ability to open up the 2nd floor main living area to each side of the townhouse.

Negative: Stairs into the main living area aren't mentioned anywhere in the booking which caused us some stress since my father is in a wheelchair. This required major adjustments to our family reunion activites. I struggled to get timely follow up information about the lower level from the owner. Fireplace doesn't work, over the top microwave was replaced by small counter top and broken one left in place, toaster didn't work at all on one side and not well on the other. No fire pit or BBQ. No recycle facilities? It was awkward to get to the deck...you had to go thru a bedroom. Broken screen in north unit upstairs dining room.

Summary: Stressful..we didn't know what we were walking into but workable when we arrived.
