Summary: I did enjoy my overall stay with you because of your friendly front desk staff and location. However, I did have some issues. I was in room 108 in the back near the garden area. The outside light was on throughtout tue entire stay shining into my room and making it very difficult to sleep. On one occasion the door to the outside was still open when i returned at 1am in the morning. It was freezing in the hallway and room. You can't control guests slamming their doors, but on another morning someone was vacuuming the hallway and slamming into every door and part of the wall for a good 30 minutes. Again, not ideal if you're trying to relax and get some rest. I was there to say goodbye to a friend who is very ill, so having an opportunity to sleep at night was extremely important. I still enjoyed my stay, but the light situation was awful!
