Our 3 bedroom 2 bath home features vibrant colors, original art, and wall-to-wall tile in our bathrooms, garage, and basement. House was built in 1957, a former Artist Home is 1800 sq. ft that includes a furnished basement & a unique tiled garage with large windows.
Bedroom 1-Queen: Ikea memory foam, large mirror, leather bench, and available closet for hanging clothes
Bedroom 2- Queen: Ikea memory foam bed, available closet space, desk, and mirror.
Bedroom 3- Full-size bed and Single Loft bed, trundle single bed, all memory foam, available closet space

basic cooking amenities and dishes. A stovetop and separate convection oven, medium-size refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave, and toaster.

Leather sofa, large leather chair with ottoman, 2 small leather chairs.
45-inch TV with no cable Netflix provided. DVD player and stereo.
♦Living Room 2: Basement Cafe Space: Smart TV with Netflix (no cable) Card tables, leather sofa couch, chairs, 2 washers /1 dryer, and bathroom with soaker tub. From prior reviews, guests have loved the basement for art, writing, card games, etc.

The garage is a great flex space off the kitchen. We have a collapsible picnic table you can use for additional places to eat and hammock chairs to enjoy the view of the community garden.
◊Parking:
1 car garage (cars fit best, SUV may be too large), 2 driveways, and free street parking in front of the house.
⇒Outdoor Space:
A non-traditional eccentric yard full of natural grasses and flowers. Small side yard for green space for playing or for pets (please note not fully fenced in yard) with a small grill and firepit. Backyard back deck off the garage that looks out over our neighborhood-operated Community Garden.
