This new East Nashville home is a 3-mile Uber to all of the fun on Broadway - Honky Tonk bars, Country Music Hall of Fame, Bridgestone Arena, Nissan Stadium, Music City Center, etc. There is a Kroger a mile away for groceries and the 5 Points strip of restaurants & bars is less than 2 miles away as well. The back deck is an AWESOME place to hang out – very spacious with a plenty of seating and a hot tub and a grill.
You will have access to the entire house - both floors, the back deck, and driveway parking. There is 1 king bed, 3 queen beds and 1 full bed (plus 2 air mattresses available if needed). Fresh towels & linens will be provided for all guests. There is high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the house and a full-size washer & dryer upstairs. There are 2 1/2 baths.
