The upper floor has an open floor plan with a recently upgraded kitchen, comfortable beds, a deck with table set overlooking the wooded and private back yard. There are is a staircase from lower level to reach the First Floor* 3 bedrooms are on the first floor with the master having private access to 1st floor bath. On the lower level (where you will enter home and park vehicle) you'll find several games and activities; a full bath and laundry room, Air Hockey, Foosball and game table, and to top it off ample seating in a comfortable great room with a full sofa sleeper. Out back: a 6 person hot tub, back deck, charcoal grill and sandstone steps that take you to the fire pit. Enjoy the convenience of amenities like a 6-8 person hot tub, AC, Smart Tvs in all living and bedrooms, Internet with high speed WiFi, laundry room with washer and dryer.
