Smoking is NOT allowed anywhere inside of the house. You must smoke outside. Smoking inside results in an automatic forfeit of your security deposit.

Security Deposit - There is a security deposit for broken, stolen, damaged and/or irreplaceable items, and smoking anywhere inside the building. You will not be charged if none of these instances occur.

Reservations - Please note that guest per reservation is capped at 7 to ensure all guest are accommodated sufficiently.
