We try to keep our bed count and other amenities as accurate as possible but sometimes the amenities or smaller beds, like the Ottoman pull out sleepers, get moved from one Property to another. If you arrive at a property and an amenity or bed is missing, please let us know right away and we will bring over whatever is needed.
If you do not inform us about a missing amenity, we will not be able to help and refunds will not be given.
We do our best to keep propane tanks full. But there is a chance that the propane tank for a barbecue or fire pit might be empty. If this is the case, we kindly ask the guests to go to a nearby gas station to swap out the tanks and then we will refund them the cost of the purchase.
We do our best to keep pool and/or spas/jacuzzis in top notch condition and very clean. However sometimes issues arise. Hosts will do our best to address an issue with pool and/or spa in a timely manner but will not be responsible for refunding guests if these issues arise.
Due to our vibrant location, scuffs, scratches, and stains may exist within the house that are not photographed. We repaint and replace items often but not between every guest.
